    Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words...

    I'm always interested in how we make decisions; it's often difficult for us to choose among the range of options and decisions we make every single day. We make far too many choices unconsciously, without even recognizing that we have a choice.

    Living the conscious life is tough but it's worth it.
